Workplace Photography
Captures the real energy of your organisation — people in meetings, collaborating at desks, presenting to clients, working through problems together. Not posed. Not staged. The authentic moments that show candidates, clients and stakeholders what it genuinely feels like to work in your organisation.
It is the visual difference between a company that says it has a great culture and one that can show it.
Common examples of what gets captured:
Team members reviewing work on a laptop together
A meeting in progress — someone presenting, others engaged
A one-on-one conversation between colleagues
Someone focused and absorbed at their desk
Informal kitchen or break room interactions
A manager walking through the office floor
A client meeting or presentation in progress
The office environment itself — open plan spaces, meeting rooms, boardrooms, reception areas, detail shots of the workspace
Locations accessible by public transport from Sydney CBD included. Other locations quoted at enquiry. All prices ex GST.

Good to know
The first 30 minutes are part of the process.
When a photographer walks into an office, people notice and become self-conscious. The first 30 minutes of any workplace session are spent moving through the space quietly and letting people settle. By the second hour the images become significantly more natural. This is normal and expected — it is built into the session duration.
I work with available light wherever possible.
Most modern Sydney offices have good natural light. Where ambient light is insufficient — darker meeting rooms, windowless spaces — I bring portable lighting that is unobtrusive and professional.
A brief pre-shoot walkthrough helps significantly.
Either in person or via a short video call walking me through the space, understanding your environment in advance allows me to plan the session more effectively and make better use of the time on the day.
Image counts are approximate, not guaranteed.
Workplace photography depends on what happens naturally in the space. The image counts above reflect realistic expectations based on session duration and a typical office environment. A particularly open and active office may yield more. A quieter day with fewer people may yield fewer. I will always aim for the higher end of the range.
People need to know photography is happening.
Before the session, please let your team know a photographer will be on-site. They don't need to prepare — in fact the less they prepare the better — but an unannounced photographer in a workplace creates unnecessary disruption and occasionally legal and privacy concerns. A simple all-staff email (or similar) the day before is sufficient.
