Second Shooter — +$350 per event
A second photographer covering simultaneous moments — speeches and audience reactions, room-wide shots while close-ups are captured, multiple areas of a large venue. Recommended for events with 100+ guests or multiple concurrent segments.

Priority Delivery — +$250
Full edited gallery delivered within 48 hours of the event instead of the standard 5 business days. Available on any package. Recommended when images are needed for press releases, social media or internal comms within the week.

Next-Day Highlight Reel — +$150
20 selectively edited highlight images delivered by 12pm the following business day — enough for a LinkedIn post, a press release or an internal announcement while the full gallery is in production. Available on Evening and Full Event packages.

Overtime — $300 per hour ex GST
Billed in 30-minute increments rounded up. Applies automatically if the event runs beyond the agreed package duration. The photographer will notify the on-site client contact when 15 minutes of agreed time remains. Continuation beyond the agreed end time constitutes agreement to pay overtime.

Travel Beyond Public Transport — quoted at enquiry
For venues not accessible by public transport from Sydney CBD, a travel contribution covering ride-share costs will be quoted before booking confirmation.

Two camera bodies on every shoot
No single point of failure. If one camera has a technical issue, coverage continues uninterrupted.

Run sheet briefing before the event
I review your event schedule in advance and confirm key moments, timing and positioning — so I'm in place before things happen, not reacting after.

Professional studio-grade and portable lighting
Portable lighting brought on-site as needed for indoor venues with low or challenging ambient light.

Light retouching on all finals
Colour grading, exposure correction and selective adjustments. Consistent, clean output across the full gallery.

High-resolution and web-optimised files
Every image delivered in both formats — full resolution for print and display, web-optimised for immediate digital use.

Full commercial usage rights
Use images on your website, LinkedIn, social media, internal comms, annual reports, press releases and PR materials. Usage is for the named client entity. Sponsor or third-party use requires a separate licence.

Private online gallery
Password-protected gallery with individual image download. Gallery link valid for 30 days from delivery.

What's not included

• RAW or unedited files

• Video, reels or behind-the-scenes content — photography only

• Same-day social media editing during the event — Priority Delivery and Next-Day Highlight Reel add-ons cover post-event turnaround

• Usage by sponsors, partners, vendors or third parties present at the event — a separate licence is required

• Drone or aerial photography

Cancellation policy

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The following policy applies from the date written notice of cancellation is received.

Notice Periods:

• More than 30 days before the event: Deposit forfeited, no further amount due

• 15 -30 days before the event: 75% of total package fee

• Fewer than 7 days before the event: 100% of total package fee
