About Me

My path to corporate photography runs through academia, not a camera store — and that isn’t incidental to the work. It is the whole point.

I hold a PhD in Organisational Behaviour from the University of Sydney, a Master's in Marketing Strategy from City, University of London, and a Bachelor's in Hospitality Management from The University of West London. I have also tutored at St Andrew's College within the University of Sydney. Those years spent studying how organisations form culture, how brands communicate identity, and how people experience service didn't lead me away from photography — they gave me a framework for understanding why it matters.

When I walk into a workplace with a camera, I am reading the environment through that exact lens:

  • Which moments carry cultural weight.

  • What the informal interactions between people reveal about how an organisation actually functions.

  • What a candidate will feel when they see an image.

  • What a recruiter will be proud to share.

That thinking is present in every brief I take on, and in every single frame I choose to keep.

Building Intentionally
I am building this photographic practice intentionally—partnering with organisations where I can genuinely contribute and deliver work I am proud of. I am deliberately not the photographer for everyone. But if you are looking for someone who understands your organisation as well as they understand a camera, I might be exactly the right one for you.
